  • Important Information

    • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before close to avoid a $10 late check in/out charge.
    • We do not allow any check ins/outs after hours.
    • Your pet is required to be on monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventative. If found, they will be treated at the owner's expense.
    • We are not responsible for any belongings that get lost or destroyed.
    • We do not board in-heat females, pets recovering from surgery, rawhide, glass/breakable items or pets under 16 weeks old.
    • Dogs must be up to date on ALL required vaccines. These include Bordetella, DHLPP, Rabies & a Negative Annual Fecal Test. Any pet being treated for any parasites or worms will not be admitted. This keeps our facility clean and our furry friends healthy!
    • Your emergency contact should be someone that is in town, able to pick up your dog.
    • We can not board dogs who show signs of aggression towards our staff.
  • Do you have any breed restrictions?

We do not have any breed restrictions.  We are unable to accept dogs that show aggression toward our staff.  For this reason, if you have never boarded with us before we recommend a day of daycare before leaving your pet for an extended period of time.

  • What if I can not make it to the scheduled pick up date?

If this is over a holiday period, you will only be able to pick up during open days/hours. We do not allow after hours pick up.  Please contact the office if you are unable to pick up on your scheduled check out date so we can modify your booking!  In the event we are full the following day, you or your emergency contact will be notified for pick up.  If we are unable to get ahold of you or your emergency contact and have no room available to board your dog in a kennel, your dog may have to be crated overnight and a $50 no contact fee will be added to your bill, per day.  It is important to ensure we have room to board in a run for the extended days you need.

  • What happens if my animal needs medical attention?

We will seek veterinary care.  We use a mobile vet that comes to us or if unavailable, the closest available vet. If needed we will contact your designated veterinarian, however, we will only visit vet clinics within a ten-mile radius. All costs will be payable by the owner upon their return.  If we can get in touch with you, we will have the veterinarian contact you so that you can speak directly to them to make your own medical decisions and payments.  Our employees will try to contact the owner and/or the emergency contact listed so be sure your contact and vet information is up to date on the customer portal.

  • How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?

We recommend booking at least two weeks prior to your drop off date. This will allow enough time for us to receive updated vaccine records if needed. For holidays, we advise booking 1 month ahead to ensure we have availability.   Of course, we accept last minute reservations if we have openings!

  • Can I arrange to pick up my dog after hours or when you are closed?

We do not allow pick-up after hours.

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before closing when picking up or dropping off. It takes time to ensure your dog has been cared for before we leave.

If you arrive less than 5 minutes before closing, you will be charged a one-time fee of $10.  This pays our employees for the extra time they will spend after hours.
